We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Construction Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry with a strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI), New Restaurant Opening (NRO), New Store Opening (NSO), Store within a Store, and Roll-out work.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects from start to finish, including but not limited to planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project status, timelines, and potential issues.
- Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure that construction projects meet quality standards and are completed within budget and on schedule.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction management.
- Strong background in Tenant Improvement (TI), New Restaurant Opening (NRO), New Store Opening (NSO), Store within a Store, and Roll-out work.
- Strong knowledge of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
