Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel
- Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and stakeholders
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite in compliance with OSHA standards
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential homebuilding
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
