Job Summary:
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in PLC troubleshooting, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and a solid understanding of industrial control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC control systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar)
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs on industrial equipment
- Provide technical support and training to clients
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Travel to customer locations as required, domestically and internationally
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in field service engineering or industrial maintenance
- Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in industrial environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for work
