Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Marketing Specialist with a background in industrial manufacturing and engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business growth by generating leads, managing customer relationships, and developing marketing strategies focused on air pollution control systems and heat processing equipment. This role requires strong B2B sales skills and experience in digital marketing tailored to the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Manage inbound leads, and engage in outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote air pollution control systems and industrial heating equipment
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project management teams to understand product specifications and prepare detailed proposals
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads, prospects, and clients
  • Assist in creating technical content for marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales and marketing within industrial manufacturing or engineering
  • Experience with B2B sales, lead generation, and customer engagement in the industrial sector
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including email campaigns, content creation, and SEO
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
