Position: IT Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of our IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects from start to finish, while ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, including but not limited to software development, infrastructure upgrades, and network implementations.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA testers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a positive team culture and ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure that all project documentation is up to date, accurate, and maintained throughout the project life cycle.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
